Common questions

I bought a tournament pass and don't see it on my new device. Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account, your entitlement will come back.

The app says I'm not at the tournament when I am. GroundsPass uses location to verify on-grounds reports. Make sure location permission is set to "While Using" in your device settings, and that GPS isn't being overridden by a VPN or simulator.

I want to delete my account. Email us at support@groundspass.app and we'll wipe your data within a few business days.
